Try it properly. If your dog is no calmer after 30 days, send it back and we refund you.

What we need

The item back in a condition we could reasonably expect after a dog has used it. We are not going to argue about fur or a chewed corner: the product is for dogs.

Exceptions

Opened supplements cannot be resold, so calming chews are refundable unopened only. That is a safety rule, not a technicality.

How

Message us with your order number. We arrange the collection. Refund lands within 5 working days of the item reaching us.
