By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products. Our products are aids for anxious dogs. They are not medication and not a veterinary treatment. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog's behaviour changed suddenly, or your dog is self-harming or not eating, consult a vet.

Results. We describe what these products typically do. Dogs differ, and we do not guarantee a specific outcome for your dog. Our 30-day refund policy exists for exactly that reason.

Pricing. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, but not on an order already placed.

Orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Supervision. Inspect chew and enrichment products regularly and replace them when worn. Do not leave a dog unsupervised with a damaged product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
