Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund.

Condition. We accept items back in the condition you would reasonably expect after a dog has used them. Normal use, fur and minor wear are fine.

Exception. Calming chews and any other ingestible product can only be returned unopened. This is a safety requirement.

Process. Contact us with your order number. We arrange collection. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us.

Faulty items. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it in full including delivery, and we cover the return cost.

This policy does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
