Shipping policy

Sourced-to-order products. The Settle Bundle, The Calming Bed, Lick Mat and Slow Feeder Bowl are purchased from suppliers after you order. Estimated dispatch for these products is 5–10 business days, followed by courier delivery; the same-day packing timetable below does not apply. Timing is an estimate and depends on supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund. No substitutions without your agreement.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier.

Rates. R110 standard. Free on orders over R650.

Timing for ready-to-dispatch items. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are packed the same day. Delivery is 2 to 4 working days to most addresses. Outlying areas may take a day or two longer.

Tracking. A tracking number is sent by WhatsApp when the parcel is collected.

Problems. If a parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.
